 Q. My customers get extremely red when I wax them, can I stop this ?

A. Do a patch test, but NOT with wax .

Q. Does the warmer get hot enough to kill bacteria?

A. As you and I both know the product would have to reach 212 degrees and cook for at least 20 minutes to kill bacteria.

Q. Well what about the sanitation?

A. Waxing can be just as sanitary as any thing else in your salon, this depends on you!

A. The very first thing I would like to know is, had this ever happened to this client before and did the lifting occur in the same area?
